Aloha and Welcome,

My name is Greg Smith representing Prudential Maui REALTORS here in west Maui. I'm originally from a small town in Florida called St. Augustine. I arrived here on Maui in 1988 with only surfing on my mind. Over the years, not only has Maui grown, but myself as well. I am now a happily married man to my beautiful wife Denise and blessed with three children Dylan, Daniel & Laura Kaye.

My past employment experience here on Maui includes having worked the Ka'anapali Alii condominium complex which helped me gain and understanding of the dynamics of the Maui condominium market and the various unique needs and challenges that face each individual owner. While working at the Kaanapali Alii I acquired my real estate license and began my professional career in real estate working at Century 21 as a top producing salesperson in the local office for five years. Thereafter moved on to being the Broker-In-Charge of approximately thirty agents of the same office. I have always found helping people to be rewarding and being able to work with customers and clients in real estate accomplish their Maui real estate goals has proven to be exceptionally gratifying.

My time at both places was where I learned that in the service industry you are compensated in direct proportion to your ability to perform both professionally and promptly.

I still enjoy surfing, though not as often, but more importantly time spent with the real treasures of life, My Family. During my extensive time here on Maui I've developed knowledge of the real estate marketplace....As your Realtor I will not only represent you, but also educate, guide, and support you whether buying or selling. I was taught an important lesson by a past employer "take excellent care of your clients or someone else will".
